submitted by Jermaine M. - |Recommended: YesI've been living here for three years, and it has been absolutely amazing. I love my condo, it's a great place to live where I feel at home. I absolutely love all the staff- Jessica, Terrye, Ruben and the entire maintenance team . They are very attentive to every request and always find the best solution for any problem. The staff are truly great people and treat you as if you're their very own family Just the other day my checkbook literally fell out of my suit coat pocket into the parking stacker, and within 30 minutes, Terrye had retrieved my checkbook. I love this place and foresee myself staying here for the foreseeable future

submitted by Michael C. - |Recommended: YesGreat move-in, responsive maintenance, great location — I've been here a short time, but I really like it here so far. Terrye and Jessica were amazing with getting me in the door. The toilet malfunctioned but Jonathan came the same day I requested and fixed it. The ice machine wasn't working and Jonathan to the rescue, again. Fantastic customer service all around. I love the location. Bicycle Coffee and a mini market with fresh food made daily is really convenient. Close to public transit of all kinds, and easy to bicycle around.

I applied here, they make you to pay deposit when you apply, now they are holding my 600 deposit, I asked them to return because they are very shady, they refused, and they canceled my application without my permssion. How they make money desperate is taking other people's application fee and deposit fee. What they do is forcing you to pay deposit fee with application. On tour, Terrie, one of the management team told me I would get 1500 for applying on the day. She also told me that deposit would be returned if I'm not qualified. but once you apply and pay, they lock the apartment you applied for on their website, so they can claim for your deposit even before you prove your bank account. They are going to ask you sync your bank account AFTER they lock the apartment which doesn't make sense at all. Their strategy is leading applicants feel rush, and think deposit could be returned anytime.

He gave us an informative tour and was very down-to-earth and fun to chat withZ The entire process of applying was easy, efficient, and communication with Zach was reliable. We are very satisfied with our new home and feel safe, at ease, and love the amenities and views. Also a huge plus that this property is pet-friendly and has a rooftop and gym. Terrye worked diligently and closely with us so that we could make that deadline. We appreciate all of the effort that she has put in so that we could have our place on time. We faced some obstacles in the approval process, but Terrye was very patient and helped us resolve these issues quickly and efficiently. We love our new place and we are so happy everything worked out
